Conditions

ClarityCoat warrants to be free from manufacturer defects for five (5) years from the date of collection. Covered defects include: discolouration, cracking & delamination.


ClarityCoat can only be applied by an authorised installer using the provided training / application process. Issues or defects due to improper application are not covered by this warranty.

Either the Authorised Installer or Purchaser must register the warranty within 3 days of collection as well as retain a copy of the original invoice.

ClarityCoat will be solely responsible for determining validity of all claims and reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the criteria as described above. The replacement of defective product including parts and labour, is the exclusive remedy; liability does not extend to any other damages, incidental, consequential or otherwise. Reimbursements for labour charges covered by this warranty will be made directly to the Authorised Installer and be calculated at an agreed average rate.

Exclusions 
This warranty does not extend coverage to defects that are the result of the following:

- Accidents or collisions

- Changes to the product that isn't from an authorised installer.

- Large road debris that isn't usually seen on a daily basis.

- Intentional damage

- Improper application. If ClarityCoat isn't applied using solely ClarityCoat products and by an Authorised Installer this warranty will become invalid (Training is mandatory for an Installer to qualify in issueing a Warranty).

- This warranty is non transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.

Claims

Process

To file a claim, first attempt to contact the Authorised ClarityCoat Installer who performed the installation. In the event you are unable to contact the original Installer, for any reason, please contact ClarityCoat. You must keep a copy of the warranty card, a copy of your original receipt identifying what work was carried out and send to ClarityCoat as requested to process your claim. For valid claims, ClarityCoat will have an Authorised Installer remove and reapply ClarityCoat to areas determined to be covered by the warranty including parts and labour.
